Description of the Position - TILLSATT

The Swedish team is growing so now we are looking for a Medical Representative to our Active Cosmetics Division to join our team in the south-west of Sweden. The Active Cosmetics Division encompasses a portfolio of selective brands distributed via the Pharmacy channel.

As a Medical Representative, you will be part of the Nordic Medical Team at the Active Cosmetic Division and build new and existing relationships with Pediatricians and other Health Care Professional (HCP) at the BVC and with the Dermatologists. In addition, you will influence and grow the share of recommendations of the La Roche-Posay skin care products.

Working area: West and south of Sweden (in cooperation with the colleague in Stockholm)
Placed: Home office, since office is located in Stockholm (Alvik)
Reporting to: You will report directly to the Nordic Medical Relation Manager, placed in DK
Travel: 10-15 overnights/year, mostly daytrips

We are looking for an energetic candidate, who will be responsible for:

• Identifying and visiting key prescribers such as physicians and other stakeholders
• Preparing visits, implementing communication techniques, and afterwards preparing the visit report
• Analyzing your own and competitors’ actions in order to propose and anticipate changes and solutions
• Driving growth by proposing an action plan respecting return on investment (ROI)
• Supporting the Nordic Medical Relation Manager in projects
• Supporting with medical materials by adapting them into Swedish


To be successful in this role, you ideally possess the below:

• You are familiar with the environment: healthcare structure of the field, patient associations, key opinion leaders, influence trends, prescription leaders
• Experience with BVC, private pediatric clinics/barnmottagningar and dermatology is preferred
• You have previous experience within sales or the interest in taking the step towards sales (from Apotek)
• You can be a nurse with experience from BVC or have a background from health science or healthcare
• You are business oriented
• You enjoy working in a team and show entrepreneurial spirit while still respecting the process
• You are able to organize yourself, have good logistic and technical skills
• You are social and able to communicate and build relationships
• You are analytical strong, you propose, innovate, anticipate and take own initiatives
• User of MS Office
• You are outgoing, energetic and driven – have a passion for your work
• Enjoy being out at customers
• You speak and write perfect Swedish and good English
• You have a valid Swedish driver’s license
